My main gear for the L-3 D for the forseeable future 1 main + 2 sub of dmg up for the burst + 1-shot splat, 1 main + 2 sub of bomb range up because burst bombs are even better when they comfortably outrange the .96 Gal etc. and run speed for mobility while shooting at targets. The other two are there because its not worth rerolling. This loadout should also work well with the Neo Splash O' Matic.
