    Open up the crafting slots. Then select the stack to split, and tap a crafting slot until you get the number you want to separate. Then drag and drop this new stack to your inventory.

    This game isn't too bad but there's still room for improvement. For example you can't respawn so if you're dying of thirst but it's too dangerous to go out to get coconuts and you save just before, next time you load your save you'll be stuck in the same situation. Sorry for the long comment if anyone is reading.

    I think whats missing is the promised updates. I've enjoyed it despite the bugs and its shortcomings, but I stopped playing it while I waited for the update, and now I'm no longer confident it will show up at all.
