    I'll make a tutorial with pictures and stuff once I fully understand the glitch, right now it's very chaotic. I even crashed my game one time when I pressed "undo". Also, I need to find a way to place these bowsers not on track.

    It allows for putting custom stuff into online levels- so, you can start any level as fire mario, with yoshi, or even in the (fire) clown car by using this glitch. This way it allows for ONLINE CHEATING- and that's the reason why I won't share it. I called this glitch the Temporary RAM Abuse glitch by the way.
