I haven't played lot Zelda games and I die all the time... What I should do?

Swamp dungeon has the blue tunic, it ups your defence. It's the dungeon straight down/south of Link's house. The red tunic is in Lorule castle which is the game's final dungeon.

And here's a little secret: if you always keep a fairy with you, you'll respawn once before you die... or you can just use them when you need up to eight hearts. Once you start defeating those guys, you'll find they leave potion ingredients behind... so drop by the witch's house someday and make use of them!
