I was about to go buy (early) Pokemon Tekken but then Samus and Mewtwo got buffed :). Also, get rekt Sheik, ZSS, Corrin (tipper f-smash, side-b don't need fast walk/run speeds, you greedy Corrin players!)

    No the character still has tipper. But for example now it's harder to punish far off landings with those long-range tipper attacks because of the slower walking/running speed. Also knockback on that dumb counter has been reduced.
