Le World 3-1 est finit et ce monde est spécial car vous aurez toujours la même structure de départ car vous êtes sur un port aérien en construction et Bowser envoie toute sa flotte (construite par le Dr. Wily) pour le détruire! Là ce sont juste des éclaireurs. Oh aussi ce port est construit sur les ruines du château du World 2-4 et de MMOA 1
