    What are your skill levels with them? You can't learn any recipes if your weapon level is too low. (But yeah, I'd expect at least some basic recipes unlocking. Strange.)

    Oh!! Thanks for the help. I just assumed I'd have a decent skill level from farming, but seems like i was wrong. Both skills are at 0 :p

    Using x/y skills of the corresponding weapon type raises the skill level as well iirc. :)
