Many people talk about certain stages being 'tournament legal', but which ones are? What makes a stage 'legal'?

    Stages that don't have hazzards or weird gimmicks are legal. So stuff like final seat, battlefield, and both animal crossing stages are legal but something like Wiley castle is not
