    Hmm...that's odd. Maybe it's a glitch as I've never had this problem myself. Normally you do have the option to return. Erm...I'll see if I can think of something and I'll get back to you if I can. If not then maybe you should look it up or start a community discussion and see what that turns up. Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance. =/
