What is your favorite team? Right now mine is Cosmos, Jecht, Terra, Chaos. I pushed their status and CP with cards, gave them the strongest technique, now I can beat every Chaos map. Looking for one with Silver Shards now.

    They go back to level 1 and lose all of their level up stats/abilities, but any stat boosts from cards or abilities learnt from scrolls are kept.

    I always use the people who have the lowest level and/or are relevant to the song, like matching characters to their own games. Takes forever though, and my party is rubbish for versus stuff. Only have two characters left to unlock, and almost all characters are above level 50. ;-) If I must pick people for a specific song, I'll just go for skill relevance. High agility for field songs... etc...

    Elbee23, thanks for letting me know, how you play FFT. There are so many ways to set the focus in this game. My first goal was to build a strong team, so I can defeat any boss in the Chaos maps for the shards. I still have to unlock about 8 characters. Then level all to 99, then I will rise the CP for others too, to give them the best abilities. Get all Rhythmia, going for new records, online ...

    I wonder if people do the daily songs at all? I find they are great for getting me to play different songs, as well as giving a tonne of bonus rhythmia. They are also handy for getting in the habit of practicing a little each day, if you are struggling to do so. ;-)

    sometimes I also play the daily song. Now I want to play every song at least once in every difficulty. I don't like the FMS on Ultimate here, they are much more difficult than in the first game.

    The field stages actually feel easier to me, or maybe I have just gotten better overall. :S I've cleared every song on basic and expert now. Am still working on getting perfect combos for all levels and songs, as well as passing all ultimate levels. With over 200 songs, it takes a while to do. :S

    did you play the FMS on Ultimate? I still find them relaxing on Basic and Expert, but on Ultimate they are more difficult for me. And the EMS are also very difficult on Ultimate. I like the BMS on Ultimate most. Try to get a SSS on one finally :)

    I think in general, FMS are the easiest. There's some particularly hard ones (The Castle) but there's a lot that are actually pretty slow and easy to All Critical. BMS stages can be really fast pace and tricky (really fun though) and EMS are just the worst thing that every existed.

    I would have preferred more EMS stages, like the previous Theatrhytmia. I know they must not be easy to do as you have to take cut scenes, set to music cues and then render in 3D, but they feel so tacked on in this game that it is hard to get use to the mechanics. I'm surprised they didn't just take the old ones and port them straight over at least. :S
