I'm pretty sure that a Lunatic+ Nuzlocke is possible. Of course you would need a "X resets for a map and infinite for the first 4 chapters" rule but it should work, even without grinding. Too bad that I don't have any plans for a Nuzlocke.

  • But that wouldn't be a Nuzlocke anymore, right? A true Fire Emblem Nuzlocke would be one where there are no retries, and one where if the main character dies, the game -- hence the story -- is over.

  • @NoLuther True, but most nuzlocker set a number of retrials (usually 3) for Chrom and MU, so that would break the rules as well. I think the concept of Nuzlocke is versatile, since it's basically a "challenge run". @Boris I demand Boris Emblem: Lunaweking+ Nuzlocke. Like, NAU.

  • Well, you should ask the person that invented the FE-Nuzlocke if it would be one. And, if I'm correct, this person isn't here.

  • @Angel True. I mean, we could make up a LoZ challenge and call it a Nuzlocke.

  • @NO Luther Nuzlockes vary from person to person, I think it's okay to have a few resets when playing Lunatic+ though that's just my opinion. And of course αfter writing this I went to Serenesforest just to find out that somebody tries a resetless no-grind Lunatic+ run. And sorry but I'm most likely not going to do a Nuzlocke.

  • I agree with Boris but only because there wouldn't be that many deaths since Boris=GodMode

  • @Boris: I just found that resetless run you're talking about was just posted today on Serenes Forest by Kuroi Tsubasa Tenshi. I haven't read the details yet, but that seems extremely interesting.
