  • Grima: "G0dda(m)n you, Boris! I will return, stronger then before, and then..." Boris: "...About that. Actually, this was the higher difficulty setting, y'know." Grima: "Wha- ...Ngghh, ARRRRRGHHH!" *bursts and vanishes in a cloud of purple smoke* ...And that, kids, is why Grima won't be the final boss of the next FE!" Kids: "YAAAAAAAY!"

  • I'm not the only person who did this mode neither am I the one with the hardest restrictions but still thanks, guys! @Omega Good luck for that one, mid-game should be easier than early- and late-game so you should get through it.

  • By no-grind you mean no DLC, no Risen, no StreetPass, just the main missions and paralogues?

  • I think FE: IF needs Lunatic ++ and even Master of all Lunatics mode...

  • Yes, the only XP sources that I had were the chapters and paralouges + a few from the barracks.

  • @Ewan Where the game obscures the screen in the first and also blocks all buttons in the second?

  • It would be pretty cool if they would do L++ mode, though I doubt that L+ will return...

  • What about fog of war back in FE14? For those who don't know what that is, fog of war obscured you from seeing the enemy's location and the map would be completely obscured until you moved forward. this would be a great implement as it would add a sense of fear when fighting enemies in the earlier games.

  • Sure, they could add that too.

  • I can understand that it is not impossible, but how do you guys do that?

  • By focusing all the XP on only very few units, this will turn them into Powerhouses. The units won't be forever strong but αfter Chapter 13 you can recruit some OP children who will take over the job of their parents. Bows are also very important for L+ because they nullify Counter.
