    no put the pokemon in the banks at the top of the screen then take out X or Y then put in OR or AS take pokemon out of banks and place in boxes

    For Pokebank, you only need the system that it's installed in. You simply put the pokemon from X/Y in the Cloud, then take the pokemon from there, into you OR/AS. You also need Pokebank Ver. update 1.1 (If you don't know, or have it, it's free to download on Eshop). I hope this helped.

    You can just use the GTS, since it's the same gen, and you have two separate players, it works like that. Just send a bad pokèmon from ORAS to the GTS, and then trade that pokèmon with "yourself" from X and Y! It's that simple!
