    You get it by streetpassing someone else with the ticket. It allows you to go back to southern island, where you can capture latios in AS or latias in OR.

    Eon Ticket: can be obtained via Streetpass; it is used to get the other Eon Pokemon (Latias in OR; Latios in AS) by returning to Southern Island.

    The original tickets were distributed in the US at Nintendo World in New York (you can still go there to get one), through a raffle in the UK, and through Corocoro codes in Japan.

    It's been out for a few weeks now, so it's actually spreading pretty quickly. You can also go to nintendo zones in places like mcdonalds or certain game stores and hope that someone with a ticket passed by recently.

    The soul dew hasn't changed one bit, it's just a much better stat buff than the mega does. If you think about it, we are willing to lock ourselves into one move for a 50% Sp. Atk boost(choice specs) or give up status moves for a 50% sp. def boost (assault vest). Soul dew does BOTH with ZERO drawbacks! It's a no-brainer item.

    And that's the reason that Soul Dew is actually banned in Battle Facilities (the item will have no effect in places like the Battle Maison) and official tournaments while Latias and Latios aren't.
