I have no idea what is wrong with my game, some fighters come in sparkly and on 30%, even with handicap off or specificaly set to 0% please help.

    Do you have custom stuff turned on? Computer players in Custom On are automatically given random equipment sets, sometimes coming with equipment with special effects, represented by the sparkles.
