  You get at least 40.000 rupees for completing the first Reward-Map. To get access to that, all you have to do is gathering all the "normal" Skulltulas as well as the first two difficult ones in Legend mode. They're all fairly easy to get. Once that's done, you can do the so called "Reward" mission, which is also great for leveling and to farm for certain materials.

  While doing said Reward mission, the best way to level up quickly is to let 5 minutes pass which you can fill by slaughtering the easy monsters on the map. Be careful not to approach any of your targets while doing so. As soon as 5 minutes have passed, run over to Midna in the Statue of the Goddess! Odds are, she is the only one with some health left.

  Now just beat up the remaining targets and once you're finished with that, which should be done pretty easily as all the targets are extremely low on health, just head over to the enemy base to confront Dark Link or clean up the remaining monsters on the map for some easy exp.   The fastest are the later "Rack Up Your KO Count" missions on the Master Quest map and the "divisive plan" missions on the Twilight map. Use the first, if you also want to break weapon seals. Use the latter for quick leveling. You can gain one level in one minute there.
