    Sorry, no. I think that it might be an event on X/Y. Mainly because it was confirmed in X/Y. They also looked about them in the actuall gameplay. So I think that you can trade it then go to a pokemon center and get the mega stone. Like what happend with DIANCIE. P.S. Mega evolution not confimed
