Use your D–pad to select the 'Glue Gel Launcher'. Then, press 'L' and it will automatically aim for yiu. If it doesn't, use the Detective Mode feature and look around the room, using the Circle Pad. The wall should turn green as you hover over it. Wait for it to analyse, and then aim with the Glue Gel Launcher again. Now, while holding down 'L', press 'R' to fire a bomb. Then, press 'X'.

The wall should blow up. If it doesn't, try pressing 'Y' or 'A'. If those don't work, the wall probably cannot be blown up. Hope that helps ;)
