Some people may view this as not necessary, some may think I'm stupid for doing this. In fact you may disagree with me making this because it's just a game. But I'm offering a formal apology to the way I handled Vaike's death in my nuzlocke. The way I treated that death in comparison to other deaths was completely out of order. Whilst I felt bad I never apologied for it. (cont)

    Not only was saying I loathed him (which Hisako did) out of order it was also highly offensive to both those who liked his character but more so to people who have suffered a personal loss. Whilst I cannot change the past I do offer my deepest apologies. If I did offend anyone then I am incredibly sorry for the lack of sensitivity I displayed with that death.

    @Becca No need to apologize. At least you're showing your respect now... Funnily, I thought you treated Ricken slightly worse. I mean, he dodged so many attacks, yet you (forced by circumstances, yes...) sacrificed him without hesitation to save Vaike. I just felt the poor boy didn't deserved it after all he did... But couldn't be avoided, I suppose.

    @Angel I have been feeling guilty about it since as few minutes after I posted this. I needed to do this. Also I wouldn't say without hesitation. I went through several different scenarios, each one ending with Ricken's death. My mistakes caused his death, by the time we were at that position it was too late and nothing I did could save him, but I tried every way I could I promise you that.

    @Paul sorry, couldn't resist. Here lies vaike, a man fighting till his last breath, ditched a child to save his aß only for karma to strike him down where he stood. Cowardly? yes. but tis not his fault twas the (wo)man that struck him and wee ricken down.
