    Primal Reversions are exclusive to Groudon and Kyogre. They need the Red Orb (Groudon) or Blue Orb (Kyogre) to change. It is sort of a mega, they even get Permanent weather-changing abilities, well, till they faint/get switched out of battle ^-^

    What's more, they change upon entering battle if holding their Orb. For example, I could use Primal Groudon, Primal ★Kyogre, Mega Rayquaza, and any mega (that needs a Stone, such as Metagross with Metagrossite)

    No, Primal Reversions (PRs) and Megas are different, as PRs take the form of their ancient selves. Megas take new forms to become more powerful
