The only 2 bad things about the whole game are: 1) Not getting new megas and primals patch for X & Y. 2) How easy it is! You get Latias/os so early on in game, as well as mega evolution, and the exp. share makes all your Pokémon level up way too quickly with barely any effort. But apart from that everything about it is amazing.
