    i always change jobs when one is maxed out. it makes the rebattles more fun. the bosses gets more intresting later on. so don't about the game boring you.

    seems good to me. maybe change white mage in red mage or thief in something like monk if you whant more damage. and someone that has performer as subclass since performer songs are GREAT. pick one that suits to your playstyle.
