Cataphract is the Greek name for a heavily armoured unit they borrowed from the Sumerians. This unit was covered from head to hoof in scales of bronze, and as such few ranged devices and many close-combat tools were ineffective against it!     @Bob Whilst I dislike (to put it mildly) Thatcher's ideologies and even her policies I do respect the amount of work she put in. If you look at David Cameron... he's kinda a lazy PM compared to MT who only got about 4 hours sleep a night and spent the rest of it working. Like I said I disagree with her acts but I do respect her work ethic.

    @Bob To be fair the richer people were fine, 'The rich became richer and the poor became poorer.' I suppose something like MT was bound to happen eventually, we'd been on consensus politics for awhile, the public wanted a clearer difference in parties.     @Bob You'd rather use things like Direct Democracy rather than our pluralist system? I personally like it though I do understand it's flaws. Some of which could be removed if we were to change from First Past the Post voting. Perhaps Single Transfer Votes? Works in Ireland!

    @Bob I have very strong negative feeling towards 'Mr' Farage. Mr 'Women should wear skirts'... sorry that just irks me! Still we are vtoing for these people right? Plus politicians are still people. There rules apply to them to. Plus they're accountable to us. Not as much as I'd like them to be but... Plus a democratic assembly could be rather cumbersome to set up.
