an i the only person to play on the mode that you dont lose any units when they die and they spontaniosly have all hp after battle where they went and died ?

    It IS stupid to do so. Because that means you can just keep Chrom at the start and just charge in with all your troops since you can't lose unless Chrom dies. Casual mode turns Fire Emblem into a walk in the park.

    I just don't see Fire Emblem being nearly as fun when you know you won't be punished for your mistakes anyway. Completely removes the strategic thinking that the game otherwise requires. You should really try classic mode, it's awesome.

    Well, that's because you let them. That's the point I'm trying to make, when you're playing on casual mode you're not punished for any mistakes that you make. In my opinion anyway, that removes the point of being the tactician, as you don't need to be tactical at all to succeed... I strongly reccommend you give classic mode a chance, I usually don't like permadeath, but FE does it right.

    I'm sorry but judging someone on their personal playstyle is borderline wrong. And so what if it "eliminates" challenge as Fire emblem even without perma-death is still challenging.

    @Michelle I'm not critizing anybody for playing on casual mode. If that's what you want to do, then fine by me. I'm just explaining why I believe that classic is a better experience overall :)
