    It was what I did in "The Sorceress of the Woods", I angered the Cucco in the Fairy Fountain and then let he kills me, but the game didn't give me the medal... I'm not sure if it is the problem, but the one which kill me was the Gold Cucco, maybe it has to be a normal one?
