Just after chapter 13 on Hard/Classic, and this is everyone I have left. I am horrible at this game. Sumia is married to Chrom, Darya is married to Gregor, Cordelia is married to Libra, Olivia will be married to Henry and I managed to get Cherche married to Virion just before they both died in chapter 13. I'm not even sure if any of these pairings are good, I had to go with the fathers I had.

    @Michelle You recruit Say'ri in Chapter 15 (but not automatically, and she can potentially die in her recruitment chapter).

    @Michelle Say'ri is not useless. She can get galeforce which is a great ability. She can support with Tiki, this makes them better than Spotpass units who rely solely on the avatar for support. Overall her defense is better than. Say'ri is far from useless.
