Who is the best wife for Chrom? A question that has been asked often and I'm bringing this up again simply because I want to see some oppinions. Before you ask there's already a clear winner for me (also minimal reasoning would be appreciated, not just *insert name* comments)

    @Angel I said that I wouldn't bash any pairings but you shouldn't trust infos that are older than a few months like Chrom!Brady being one of the better Bradys. Virion, Ricken and Lon'qu for example are better choices.

    @Boris I didn't. I looked on the wiki for stats, and I elaborated what I saw. Also, I know you are right: in fact, I used the word "great" for Brady and not "best", knowing that there are better and more valuable options, but for Sage!Brady is still a perfectly reasonable setup (as always, imo) that leaves some other MAG oriented charas like Ricken or Henry free for other useful parings.

    PS: You are probably right on RK as well, but most of my conjectures are based on in-game. Most no-grind runs cease to exist after Grima, you are one of the few I saw tackle the Spotpass chapters around without re-enabling grinding... And no worries for the bashing. I'd rather see you stand corrected and sincere, even if harsh, than to be a gentle liar.

    All Bradys are great, the thing about Chrom!Brady is that Chrom doesn't give Brady much while he has a great impact on Cynthia. Also the last part isn't entirely true by giving Chrom to Brady, Cynthia needs another father and that will most likely be Henry (and Henry is a high demand father) so you'll end up with the same number of magical fathers.

    I like having Henry as Brady's father. Another reason why I think Chrom is better off as Cynthia's dad is because both Chrom and Sumia have small support pools. Two birds with one stone.

    @chubby: Both Lucina and Kjelle can get better. For Lucina it's pretty much everyone else... For Kjelle it's (imo) Donnel, Gaius, Gregor, and maybe Lon'qu?

    @Boris That's something I can aknowledge as my wrong. I was so focused on the pair by itself I forgot to look at Cynthia's low fathers selections before commenting, pretty short-sighted of me. @Chubby I do like Sully x Chrom, but in terms of gameplay I found it very difficult to adapt, also the lack of Galeforce inheritance from the mother... Lucina can get it on her own but...

    @Paul Donnel and Gaius definitely. I'm not sure about the others because she still has Aether, I haven't really thought about Non-Galeforce Kjelles. @chubby Fire Emblem Awakening is a game of good and better, Sully×Chrom is good but Chrom has better options. Everything in this game works with suboptimal pairings because they're still good (assuming that you don't have too many restrictions).

    @Angel: Sully!Lucina doesn't get Galeforce, period. Chrom doesn't pass down Pega. Knight. Galeforce is important on a lead unit, so Sully!Lucina will probably be outclassed by other children.

    @Boris: I'm one of those people that likes to do Donnel!Nah and Gaius!Noire, so Gregor is a great father for Kjelle if Donnel, Gaius, or M!MU are unavailable. Honestly, I just threw Lon'qu in there since I heard Kjelle gets +6 on both spd and skill.

    @Paul Don't forget that Gaius!Kjelle has +5 Spd and Skl +1 Str and Galeforce, she's basically Lon'qu!Kjelle just with GF. I kind of usually bench Nah, I'm going to change that soon.

    @Boris: True, but you really shouldn't use Gregor or Lon'qu if Donny or Gaius are available. They are more or less replacements if Donny or Gaius aren't available. I can tell you that Donny! Nah is a nice unit, based on experience.
