    There are ways to get your people to safety, for example: Pair Chrom with Lissa she moves as far to the left as possible (in the forest) switches to Chrom and Chrom seperates her to the left, Vaike runs to Chrom and pairs up with him, Virion pairs up with Sully and she moves to the tile north-west of where Lissa is and drops Virion to the south, Stahl runs to Sully and pairs up with her, ↓

    Moniya pairs up with Frederick and runs to the Merc and Barb close to the mountain so that you don't start with a bad situation in turn 2. Chrom will be in range of the Barbarian but he won't die and it should be possible to block the way of the Barbarian if he doesn't have Pass. αfter that you can hide the weak units behind the Mountain, that's one way to do it.

    I don't know where she starts but she should run to a unit pair up with that one and then the unit moves further away.
