    I actually feel the reverse. I prefer him with darker hair because he wears largely bright clothes and the shade of yellow for his attire is roughly the same as his hair.

    I had him with blond hair the first time as well but by now I prefer Gaius' orange. He's completely yellow with blond hair, too unicoloured for my tastes and dark colours just don't suit him imo. But everyone has different tastes :D
