    make a full sketch first then do the face\eyes then color body then mane + some final adjustmeants and maybe some shadows

    Ya I was gona say pretty much whar she said. Do a rough stketch, then add colors, then fine outlines and touch ups. I do everything in layers. Looks good so far.
