    über den pc: www.uplay.de dort bei deinem profil das serviceteam anschreiben (eigene fragen oder so ähnlich). die sachen musst du fotografieren und als datei anhängen. umständlich... aber immerhin bekommst sie so, anders funktionierts ja nicht. ach ja die woolen auch ein foto von deinem uplay konto (vom spiel), dass du die sachen dort noch nicht hast! aber wenn was fehlt schreiben die auch zurück.
