Lunatic risen skirmishes scale up with the number of battles one has fought. This is the boss of a group that spawned after I completed chapter 6: Forseer, in which the objective is to prevent Emmeryn's assassination. This guy is using a forged Silver Sword with 19 mt and 105 hit. Regular silver swords have 11 mt and 85 hit. Mercurius, which is one of the three regalia, has 17 mt and 95 hit...

  • You should mention that you've (apparently) done some sort of grinding, otherwise people will think that the Risens are impossible early on. For example, I'm in a no-grind Lunatic+ run at chapter 13 and that's the strongest Risen that I have (the rest of his team is unpromoted and much weaker).

  • I didn't do any grinding at all. The way risen scale is per chapter completed basis. Since I didn't want to overwrite my three original safe files, I am using the two combat safe files for this run. I am using the exp growth dlc chapter to safe in between chapters since the combat safe slots only work in combat.

  • That can't really be, chapter 6 Risen aren't that strong unless you've done something special in that file.

  • I already told you how the game works and the way I save in between chapters. This means that the game counts dlc chapters towards the counter for scaling up the spawned risen camps' strength. If you keep on completing any dlc, even if you do not fight at all, e.g. exponential growth without fighting, the risen will grow stronger.

  • I know that, I just didn't fully understand the part with the saving, apologies for that.

  • Admittedly my first response to you was not as intuitively understandable as I intended it to be, so I'll keep that in mind!
