    It seems like you're overusing Frederick a bit. Make sure to give the others as much XP as possible.

    well, i`m stuck at chapter 3 now, even if i abuse frederick, is still can`t keep the other units away. even my LV 5 avatar paired with chrom is hopelles. and miriel apearing out nowere doesn`t make things better. (at least, this is the most difficult chapter of the whole game).

    You want more Def for this chapter, a properly prepared Avatar can solo the chapter but in your case your Avatar is only Level 5. There's a mountain to the left that gives bonuses like a fort so you might want to try that one out. Alternatively you can send Frederick in the middle and drag the enemies one by one to your units, though that's not reliable.↓

    Needless to say that he should be paired up with someone who gives +Def (Stahl, Sully, Vaike, Virion) and also giving him the Elixir is a good idea. I usually use the mountain strategy, though.

    my main strategy is to go to the left, and using frederick as bait, wil my other characters take care of the straggelers.

    Should work then, you may or may not want to use the mountain and bait the enemies around it. Btw saving Miriel isn't hard, let her run to the left and pair her up with a unit there.
