    If Chrom doesn't get an S Support by Chapter 11 the game Choses the character with the Highest support with Chrom and that's who He marries. To get him to marry Olivia, he can't have supports with any of the Bachelorettes and Olivia must get 18 support points with Chrom by the End of the chapter. Alternatively Chrom can Marry a random Village girl if He gets no supports with any of the Ladies.
