    On bullet bill's touchy trails you walk forward against this platform when moving it up, and then you clip through and can shortcut there.

    On trick track hall you walk off this platform just when you move it from this position and it will sling you in on the bottom floor, you might have to move the other platform too to re-position yourself in the air. It is easier than it sounds imo.

    And on stumper sneakaround you run off here and land on the railing and then continue to run to land on the plank. 15 might be possible, I was very close I remember.

    On spin-wheel cog ruins you spin this wheel the right amount (just so it is about to switch over to next position) and then run to cog.
