    Change to Mercenary and then promote him to Hero since all the skills there are much better than what you could get with another class path.

    Nowi gives you 2 dragon daughters, with Panne you safe a race and get 2 bunnies as kids and with Lucina you get a exalt kid and wife, it's up to you to decide what you want. (I'm not looking at this from a strategic point since that's your first file)
