So i'm on Diamond steppe island and i got this "Ghost ship map" but i dont know whar to do with it?

Basiacley each shape represents an island.For example the bomb shape is bomb island. When the moon is the shape it shows on the bomb island piece of chart, that night the ghost ship will appear there.
