    It is 50Hz because it got localized for Europe but Ninty did a good job on that so movement isn't slower. It's really because ALBW is sooo fast, I had the same experience ;)

    Holy s... you're the 50hz guy, right? I just listened to the soundtrack and yeah, it really isn't any slower. Guess we're just missing out on 10fps then.

    I was one of them. But this version plays fine, so I don't mind much. There are still ppl that are quite mad about it tho.

    Well, of course, since it's like buying a cheap knock-off. It's made to look similar to the original but doesn't have the same quality.

    I've read that there is some input lag because of the 'optimizations' nintendo have made, is this true? Does it play and run worse than the snes cartridge version?

    My version runs at 60Hz and Link doesn't have pink hair.

    Nintendo originally optimised their SNES games so the music plays in its original speed. The gameplay itself is slower though...There's a comparison video of Super Metroid on youtube.
