    use unltra balls or dusk balls some people even ended up cathing mewtwo with quick balls and even regular pokeballs from what I have seen

    your team is fine, if charizard knows fire type moves, if lapas knows water and ice and if venasure[spelling could be wrong], you should be fine against the elite 4 especially if they at level 60+
