wait, have you learnt about the body and... puberty yet? (i learnt about it in year 7 when i was eleven)

Hormones are basically these chemicals in your body that can make you emotional and make certain changes happen in your body while you're growing

yeah, better not list the others... but if u ask me then i can probably help you, since i'm going through puberty myself (i am 14)

dont worry my mums embarassing too, feel free to ask me anytging about that stuff

well puberty is basically when your body starts changing e.g. developing breast tissue but getting crushes is natural (if your hormones r quite strong then you may get attracted to different people..

or to one person for a long amount of time but you cant help it so dont blame yourself)
