I finished this game and I want to restart. My question is if I can send pokemons to Pokebank and trade them back to the new game. Could I??

i think so, if you had all the pokemon in Bank, yes it should keep them. since Bank isnt directly a part of XY game, your bank pokemon shouldn't be lost
