Question

How do you get hidden abilitys on starters? I know you can get hidden abilitys from horde battles and friend safari, but you can't find wild starters!

Some Friend safaris have starters in them. No starter hordes though.

Gen 1 and 6 Pokémon only there. For others, they came via Bank from Black/White (1 and 2) where they were events in select regions.
