    Leider weiβ ich das gerade nicht.Aber,wenn du noch nicht alle Ausrüstungsupgrades hast solltest du später gucken.Wenn du Alle hast solltest du in der Umgebung alles abscannen und die seile hoch

    das problem ist ja das ich alles abgescant habe und mir fehlt ja nur noch das und da kann man glaube ich auch nicht auf die seile gehen aber ich versuche es noch mal aber trotzdem danke :)

    You can enter that area via Arkham Wing... but first you have to restore power. You'll be able to enter that area almost at the end of the game.

    Go to the place where you fought with Pinguin. There is a ladder leading down, to underground area. There are a massive vault doors. You can enter them if power was restored (defeat Black Mask).
