    Although heracross hits harder, it's much slower and has no priority. M-pinsir's quick attack is pretty scary and hurts quite a bit.

    Replace x-scissor with earthquake. It can take care of the steel, electric, and rock types that resist return/quick attack.

    Dont replace quick attack. Mega pinsir absolutely needs priority. The reason you dont want x-scissir is that it is resisted by so many different types. Ground +flying is an excellent attacking combo.
