    it's theoretically possible on at leasta couple of levels (without cheating) but on most it's impossible due to game speed.

    yes you press A again and again until you either get bored, your thumb falls off or you get to level 999 & realise you'll have to kill the monkey beecause it still never ends

    I'll have to check my old GBA cartridge, I remember doing this for ages as it was so easy but I'm not sure what score I got. I doubt I was as strong willed to get to 999!
