    In fact, once you capture the one on the left, kill yourself to restart to the checkpoint at the top left where you must lead the bombs, then continue on the right, falling where you start the stage

    For the 2 first girls I destroy the bottom blocks by firing close to the ceiling with the big blast option.

    Then for the 4th as I said as soon as you get the girl, get squished into the blue block next to her to die and restart to the checkpoint. The rest is a matter of timing.

    For the 3rd at the bottom I take damage to save time. Also before entering the bomb corridor before the 4th girl, kill the red monster at the right, so you don't have to do it next when you respawn.

    When you're about to get the 5th girl, avoid the dog after your falling to the room, get the girl and get killed by a red block so you can gain 5 more seconds by respawning before the bombs corridor.

    After you get the 4th girl and get killed make sure you pass over the dog again because when you die the second time to the 5th girl it respawns you to the level start instead of the checkpoint.

    I gained 3 more seconds by avoiding the 1st girl to get her on the road to the 5th after respawning when you get killed after getting the 4th girl. Now it gets optimized, lol !
