We need an official person where member can go to. I honestly don't care if I'm elected, just as i'm in charge of the laws.

You are kind of making it sound like election for prime minister or something and not a fan club xD

Also in your proposal you said that everyone had to agree before any changes happened. What if people don't agree with you? You can't set those 'laws' then. Just pointing that out ;)

I don't mean in charge of laws as in enforcing things without question, just keeping track of any new changes within the club. If everything gets too complex then we'll revert back to the old ways.
