The Wii shop has got N64 games for quite some time. Maybe you can switch the WiiU into the Wii menu -mode and use the shop from there?

i just purchase em through wii mode and transfered 2 Over both zeldas. playing majoras mask again right now. the library is limited to 21 games :( i got more real n64 cartridge games than that

switching to wii mode is annoying through and u cant use gamepad. good thing i got a gold classic controller pro
