    If CAB is 30 degrees, than AC must be 20, which is impossible. Vice versa, if AC is square root 300, than the angles are wrong

    Angles must add to 180 degrees. Right angle is 90 degrees, so 30+60+90=180 is correct. Your Pythagoras' formula is correct, but you switched b and c around. It is hypotenus (long side) squared equals sum of each remaining side squared c^2=a^2+b^2.

    So c^2=a^2+b^2 = 10^2 + 25^2. Don't forget the square root! Good luck with your homework. Don't play too much Wii ;)
