it's kind of strange that fado was also a villager in TP, could they be the same guy? (WW is set in the adult timeline at the same time as TP in the child one, check hyrule historia for proof)

i think fado is meant to be a descendent of saria who was also a kokiri and a sage or the female kokiri fado both from oot. tp follows a different future when ganon was sealed away and link relives his childhood and ganon is sent to the twilight realm which then majoras mask then tp takes place. but wind waker follows an alt future when ganon broke free from the seal so the gods flooded hyrule

that is the case for ww, the same way that makar would (probably) be a desendant of fado, but both ways (tp & ww) include oot as a plot point, there are no kokiri in tp, so they could have either died out or bred with hyrulians (not hylians), and it's altogether likely that ordon village is the future kokiri forest. think about it

also, the oot sages are still around in tp (except for water, they were killed by ganondorf), so there's no need for more sages to be incarnated, a sage doesn't nessaseraly give birth to a sage.
